Our fall workshop is off to a great start and coming up on Friday 10/24 we have the
culmination of a workshop series with Indy Urban Acres funded by our 2023 Clean
Water Indiana grant, our 2024 NACD Urban Agriculture grant, a Citizens Energy Group
community grant and our current It’s My City work for the City of Indianapolis.
An area for a new rain garden has been prepped at the Indy Urban Acres main site to handle
runoff from a high tunnel used for winter growing operations. Come join us in planting
the new space with natives selected for effectiveness in managing pollutants in
stormwater runoff and learn how you can make a difference to improve local water
quality by managing stormwater on your own property! Please register at the link below
